Announcing our first blog carnival!

ladle of the month spring Bigos UK

Dear members and friends!

Having launched the site and happily welcomed our first members here is the time for our first virtual challenge! In April we are talking about BIGOS! No, we are not bored with the topic yet, actually we will never get bored of BIGOS so why not to prepare a portion of this goodness at home?

Here is what you need to do: If you want to take part in our 1st monthly blogging carnival and receive the badge posted above please post your best recipe for making bigos on your blog and let us know about it by sharing the link to your post in comments section just here, under this post.

We have additional award for the best photographer so if you happen to have an old photo of bigos or make a pretty one right now post it in our Flickr group (http://www.flickr.com/groups/bigos/) with url or your blog, tag it #BIGOS and #CHOCHLAMIESIACA and we will get in touch!

This activity is open to all, you do not have to be a BIGOS member to take part! You are welcome to post in English or in Polish! We will announce the winners in 2 weeks time on our website!

We are looking forward to your posts and photos!

Would love to share my yummy and hearty Bigos recipe with the world!
It is my mother’s recipe which I have tweaked slightly. Definitely to be enjoyed with Polish beer!
